This is what we use in our shish taouk and quesadilla sandwiches as meat replacement.

Ingredients: wheat gluten, soy protein, soy protein concentrate.

Allergens: soya, gluten.


Preparation: For each cup of TVP, add 5 cups of hot water and let hydrate for 20 minutes. Pour the soaked TVP through a strainer and remove excess water. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable broth and your favorite seasoning. Heat and serve.
