Non-GMO textured vegetable protein.
This is the product we use as meat replacement in our recipes. Simply hydrate it, marinate it, heat it and serve.
Ingredients: wheat gluten, soy protein, soy protein concentrate.
Allergens: soya, gluten.
Preparation: For each cup of TVP, add 5 cups of hot water and let hydrate for 20 minutes. Pour the soaked TVP through a strainer and remove excess water. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable broth and your favorite seasoning. Heat and serve.
