Here's our version of the traditional shish taouk. We've substituted the chicken with marinated textured vegetable protein and have made a vegan garlic sauce. We've captured all the flavours of a traditional shish taouk without using any animal products.
Ingredients: Non-GMO textured vegetable protein (gluten, soy), non-GMO tortilla bread (gluten), cabbage, canola oil, pickled turnip, white vinegar, carrot, soy beverage [filtered water, organic soy], garlic, yellow mustard, salt, spices, seasoning, herbs.
Allergies: Contains gluten, soy, mustard. May contain traces of cashews, nuts, peanuts, sesame.
Shelf life: 7 days
Can be eaten cold or toasted.
