Here's our version of the famous Philly Steak sandwich. The textured vegetable protein is marinated and mixed with bell peppers, mushrooms, vegan "cheese", and spices. Served with a smoke avocado sauce, people often tell us that they can't believe there's no meat in the sandwich.
