Here’s the recipe for our famous sesame sauce, traditionally served with falafels and shawarma.
For: 3 to 4 people
- 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 1/2 tbs. lemon juine
- 3 tbs. water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- chopped parsley to garnish
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Keep stirring until you get a nice smooth texture.
- Add some chopped parsley to garnish and serve.
